How can I place my order?

We will be happy to receive your orders and quotes through the Contact page rather than through phone calls or text messages.

 

How do you price out your cakes?

Factors such as size, flavour, the complexity of design and urgency of the order all impact the final cost. It is helpful to think of a budget and then we can design your dream cake within that. 

 

When can I pick up my cake?

Based on your event date you can pick up your cake the same day or the day before.

Once your time has been scheduled for pick up, please show up on time for pick up. it's recommended that you drive and bring someone for help.

Most pickups are scheduled on Saturday mornings.

 

Do you Deliver?

Yes. We only deliver locally.

Delivery is at an additional cost. Depending on the size of the cake delivery price will change.

 

Do you do Tastings?

Unfortunately, we do not offer tastings at this time.

 

Do you do Consults?

We offer free bridal consults. We prefer to do consult during the week as my weekends are busy with finishing the orders.

 

Can you Accommodate Special Food requests; for example, Gluten-free, Nut-free, Dairy-Free or vegan cakes??

Not right now. Please let us know if there is a food allergy.

 Unfortunately, our kitchen is NOT nut-free.

 

Will you replicate a cake from an online/magazine?

You may provide pictures you like for inspiration, but your final design will be 100% unique to you! Do not expect to see identical colours and designs.

 

What is your payment policy?

A 100% non-refundable payment is required when you are placing your order to secure your date. Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email including the address and time of pick up.

 

How much notice do you need?

The more notice the better! But two weeks is the minimum notice.

Depending on the workload of the week, we occasionally will do our best to accommodate last-minute orders. 

Additional fees may be applied to orders with less than 7 days' notice. Short notice orders need to be confirmed quickly by full payment.

 

How to store the cupcakes after pickup?

Keep them in a closed container. If your pick-up is a day before your event put the container in the fridge.

 

Does my cake need to be refrigerated?

Yes. To ensure freshness, please keep it refrigerated.

Your cake is best when served at room temperature. Take it out of the refrigerator at least half an hour before serving. Enjoy!
